Financial Analyst – Hybrid and flexible!
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with one of New England’s leading healthcare organizations on their search for a Financial Analyst. This individual would be responsible for reporting and analysis, providing customer and client support, and assisting with annual budgeting and forecasting. This company offers a variety of exposure to both accounting and finance functions and the opportunity to work for a very unique and fast-paced department.

Overview of the Financial Analyst:
- Provide customer and client support, and assist and resolve any issues that may come up
- Prepare monthly variance analysis reports and present them to senior level management
- Maintain responsibility for your assigned service lines (radiology, administration, surgery, etc.)
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, and other special projects assigned by senior level management
- Work closely with special departments and department heads to ensure all policy and procedures are met
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2 + years of finance experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
