Pearl Technology has immediate openings for an Software Architect who will work with Pearl Insurance to architect, analyze, enhance, develop and support IT solutions and services.

Our solutions leverage the .NET Microsoft technology stack as well as Microsoft SQL Server.

As a software architect, you will play a key role designing and implementing software solutions that shape the future of our company.

Your input and decisions will have a direct impact on our success.

You will work closely with our collaborative development and release team leading them to the successful delivery of high quality software.

Develop software solutions using programming languages including C#, JavaScript, and Transact SQL.

Leveraging Microsoft and web technology stacks
Work with ITS Management and other senior IT leadership to establish a vision and goals for Pearl’s information technology; recommends new technologies and improvements to senior IT leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and a combined experience in the following areas:
software development programming
designing, architecting, developing and implementing medium or large-sized software solutions
gathering and interpreting business requirements
software development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
Demonstrated expertise and competency level within multiple of the following technical areas:
Microsoft .NET Technology stack using the C# language including .NET Core and the .NET Framework.

Development concepts including object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles.

Microsoft SQL Server using SQL.

Relational database management systems.

Web and browser-based technologies including ASP .NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, REST, SOAP and WCF.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization.

Certifications and Licenses:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is desired.
