We are looking for Software Engineers skilled in React/Redux, Typescript, and Node to join us in developing the next generation of the Digital Application.
We are modernizing the application process for all risk and investment products by providing a digital application experience for our users.
Due to wide acceptance of our application, we have been challenged by the business to deliver many more features in 2021.
Who we are: We are a team of highly skilled and passionate Software Engineers who started our product vision as a POC.
We all enjoy engineering and thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions that our users love.
We embrace challenges, and deliver features through pair programming and Agile methodologies,
Who we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
– 5 years minimum experience required (10+ years recommended)
– Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership mindset and continuous learning
– Experience developing solutions using agile methods
– Advanced skillset in one or more technical platforms
– Capable of communicating between product and engineering
– Manages own time to meet objectives
– Ability to perform peer reviews on code and design
– Solid understanding of design patterns and architecture
