RESPONSIBILITIES * Work involves the technical planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and management of Internet and intranet activities (including other computer-based visual media).
* Work includes systems and application development, installation, configuration, and implementation, and technical management of websites.
* Provide application enhancements, to include monthly deployments, hotfix deployments, monthly module updates, ad-hoc analysis of google analytics, ad-hoc user testing to inform new features and enhancements to existing functionality.
* Provide changes to existing graphics or page layouts.
* Address broken functionality of web forms, links and modules, error fixes or other required technical support.

Requirements: * Minimum of bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience in web development, serving as the internet expert and Webmaster.
* SECRET Security Clearance Required.* Certification in and expert knowledge of Drupal CMS.
* Experience developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive Internet programs.
* Knowledge of computer and networking applications, principles, concepts, and methods.
* Stays abreast of latest developments in website tools and technology, and implements these new developments on PEO EIS website, eis.Army.Mil.
