Ashworth Strategy is seeking a competent Facebook and Google Media Buyer to join our growing team.
As a Facebook and Google Media Buyer, you will help manage multiple Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and accounts.
This role is for someone who is able to find efficient growth via Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Two years experience minimum is required and additional training will be given.
You must thrive in building, maintaining and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach.
Ideal candidates for this role should be analytical, innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, must be excellent writers and communicators as well as takes initiative.
Ultimately, the exceptional Facebook and Google Media Buyer should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch-points, enhance the user experience and deliver on digital objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build and launch Facebook / Instagram and Google ad campaigns.
• Recommend new strategies based on data and testing.
• Help with Facebook and Google ad account setup & new client onboarding.
• Support graphic design team coordination for creative requests.
Qualifications:
• Extremely fluent in written English
• Highly organized
• Highly analytical and results-oriented
• Project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of web analytics
• 2+ years of hands-on Facebook (specifically in Ads Manager, NOT boosting posts) and Google ads management experience
• Takes initiative, strong sense of ownership and a strong appetite for continual learning
• Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising
• Ability to uncover insights from data to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization
• An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking
(Note: graphics design experience is not required but is considered a plus)
• A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards
• A desire/drive to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
