What to expect We are looking for a passionate and hungry Head of Brand Marketing & Communications. You will be part of our ambitious and dynamic Commercial Team which is highly motivated to create an impact. As our Head of Brand Marketing & Communications you have the unique opportunity to contribute and play a critical part in the successful growth of our company. You will have the responsibility to plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of RetinAI’s brands. Education & Experience – What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree 6-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, brand management Marketing and promoting SaaS-based brands/products is an asset Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers (in healthcare is a plus) Experience working with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, development) Excellent communication skills for developing influencing content. Fluent in English. Other languages (French, German) are an asset Things you will do Bringing your brand management expertise to RetinAI to ensure the brand is managed consistently throughout strategy and communications Become the single point of expertise and reference on brand positioning Provide brand positioning recommendations with validation grounded in market and consumer insights. Ensure implementation throughout the organisation, on global and local initiatives Help define creative, look and feel of the brand, and promotional and educational content that aligns with the brand strategy and objectives Develop and execute on marketing mix strategies that amplify the brand positioning with relevant KPIs to measure and track initiatives and campaigns for the brand Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating RetinAI’s brand message via channels including traditional and digital marketing media (SEM/SEO, social media, etc) Drive the brand’s thought leadership – telling the story of RetinAI’s brands – throughout the global organisation rooted in the company’s objectives Manage the branding guidelines leveraging best practices Build, inspire and lead team of marketing and communication specialists About you ?? You have a proven track record in brand strategy, planning and execution, tracking to KPIs. You think outside the box, drawing on your creativity and resourcefulness to give your brand an edge. You are a communications-expert who can develop and communicate a compelling brand story. You have top-notch organisational skills: prioritisation and project management. You have a keen sense of curiosity, willingness to learn and seek market validation, making you the knowledge expert on your brand and the market you operate in. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done, taking initiative, forging collaborations, helping team members and making decisive decisions. You thrive in a high energy environment, love challenges and keep your focus and poise under pressure.
