We’re is looking for a smart and resourceful individual to join our Sales Operations team as the Marketo Specialist, focused on supporting the Media Solutions business. In this role, you will be responsible for building sponsored programs for our advertisers, including webinar landing pages, dedicated HTML mailings and various other Marketo campaigns promoting sponsored content.
The ideal candidate is someone who wants to work in a cross-functional group, has Marketo experience, an email marketing background, and a desire to innovate.
This individual will also own reviewing all of our current setups for the aforementioned programs and ensuring we are optimizing, as well as continuously improving them.

Responsibilities
Build and deploy sponsorship programs (landing pages, promotional emails, follow ups, etc) and dedicated HTML mailings in Marketo; prepare webinar interface and update sponsorship section of our website via internal CMS (content management system) Pull custom segmentation lists in Marketo to assist ad sales reps in the selling process Monitor sponsorship programs end-to-end and work closely with others to ensure materials and resources flow through the project process in a timely manner Review and optimize Marketo setups across all Media Solutions programs, ensuring they are as effective as possible, while building out new ones Test, optimize, and analyze webinar and content sponsorship programs to maximize results.
By thinking outside the box, you will build creative plans and materials using HTML email templates and display ad templates to drive registrations and fulfill lead guarantees Communicate with Media Solutions team about inventory availability and report on key performance trends as needed Identify ways Marketo can increasingly support overall business objectives, specifically to maximize revenue and improve the experience for our audience
Requirements
2-5 Years of experience working in Marketing Experience working with Marketo
– not only building campaigns but also optimizing, troubleshooting, etc.
Marketo certification is a plus, though not required Basic knowledge of HTML Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with strong project management, prioritization and problem-solving skills Well-versed in the digital marketing and media landscape with a passion to learn more
