Marketing Specialist /Demand Generation Specialist

Are you a talented and passionate email and marketing automation specialist with B2B experience? MP is a fast-growing human capital management company wiring thousands of businesses for success with HR software and strategy. Join our Marketing team and design and execute automated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our MP. This position will execute all drip, nurturing campaigns, and manage our Marketing email calendar. You will work side by side with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and events to maximize ROI.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Design, test and execute email marketing and marketing automation CRM campaigns for awareness, client communication, and lead generation
- Define segmentation across target audiences to promote relevant, personalized messaging to all prospects
- Set up A/B testing structure, creative and copy tests to feed into the broader team, sharing campaign design best practice.
- Work closely with the sales and content teams to develop innovative ways to market through email
- Manage and continuously evaluate lead scoring and nurturing plan, defining workflows and triggers according to buyer personas and their stage in the customer journey
- Use dashboards and data to make smarter decisions. Monitor and deliver analytical reports to optimize the customer journey
- Manage other channels (social media and webinars) and collaborate with other team members where needed in support of the overall team and company objectives
- Work collaboratively with the content team to plan, communicate and execute all prospect and client events including webinars, seminars, and trade shows
Skills
& QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Inbound Marketing, with a strong focus on the automation of the different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related discipline
- Knowledge of conception, implementation, and optimization of personalized campaigns (segmenting by Buyer Persona & customer journey stage).
- Experience in marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, SalesForce).
- Knowledge of B2B marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Analytic, methodic, proactive, and detailed-oriented person.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication and project management skills.
