This Senior Marketing Specialist role has the exciting opportunity to build and grow a new part of HUB’s business.

This person will assist in developing from ground up the end-to-end customer journeys needed to acquire and engage customers.

This person will also work on launching a new brand and optimizing its success through marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns: Email, SMS, Site Marketing, Paid Media, Print and more.

This person will have a passion to build and grow a new part of the business.This person will be key in the success of generating brand awareness, lead generation, and retention campaigns.

He/She is critical to the success of this exciting new brand!Responsibilities+ Assists and develops the execution of high-impact marketing programs, from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, that strengthens and grows the brand, customer base, and retention.+ Works closely with internal and external partners on the creation of promotions, marketing campaigns, launches, etc.

that drive business growth.+ Assists in the development, execution and measurement of audience-focused integrated campaigns and programs to support business objectives and goals.+ Assists in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and guides creative that drive the right response and engagement for our brand and audiences, including B2B, B2C and Partner marketing in collaboration with stakeholders.+ Manages campaign timelines, weekly status, quality control and approval processes; seeks opportunities to maximize efficiencies and management of processes.+ Working in partnership with the business assists in developing intake forms and creative briefs to guide campaign direction and meet objectives for all marketing and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.+ Executes seamless experiences, campaign tracking and customer data mapping in collaboration with marketing teams, salesforce admins, and web teams.+ Creates use cases and campaign performance analysis decks to evaluate successes and failures and identify new recommended test and learn strategies in order to optimize programs.+ Collaborates with digital, partner and product marketing teams to determine technical requirements to implement marketing automation functionality into our owned properties.+ Manage overall co-marketing strategy for select partners, assisting in the development of integrated marketing campaigns, go-to-market planning, and regular marketing reviews, with a focus on helping partners move prospects through their sales funnels to promote growth with relativity.+ Work with channel sales and customer success teams to further develop partner relationships and assure partner co-marketing strategy aligns with partner success plans.+ Develop partner marketing support materials that drive partner sales and B2B2C acquisition and engagement.Requirements+ Experience in supporting campaign development, testing, and execution+ A minimum of 3+ years of experience, with some exposure to the insurance industry preferred+ Strong fundamental understanding of all current digital marketing channels+ Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices+ Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Adobe Analytics software+ Familiarity with programs driving leads to an inside sales center+ Excellent analytical and project management skills+ Strong cross-functional team leadership+ Strong written and verbal communication+ BS degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field**Why Choose HUB?**Throughout our network of more than 450 HUB offices in North America, we offer a competitive, exciting and friendly work environment that strategically positions our employees for longevity and success.
