As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and driven storyteller leader to join our team as Vice President of Brand Marketing. 

This position oversees our global brand and integrated campaigns. You will grow and lead a team of talented professionals to share the vision and mission of Chainlink. An ideal candidate will combine creative, impactful messaging with a focus on measurable results.

Your Impact

• Define and bring to life a unique and differentiated brand identity for Chainlink which highlights our mission and vision.
• Establish Chainlink as the industry standard. Set the strategy, roadmap, and plans for the development and execution of the Chainlink brand.
• Coordinate campaigns aligned with the most relevant and impactful stories in a timely manner.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and affinity. Orchestrate global campaigns and programming that prioritizes the right audiences, messages, and channels for our biggest marketing bets.
• Ensure brand awareness and impact are considered in all relevant marketing, sales, business development initiatives.
• Build and scale a top-notch global team. 
• Own brand measurement and reporting, helping to prioritize, budget, and resource for our brand activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a high-growth company in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Blockchain experience or deep interest is a must.
• Managed teams of professionals in content, design, product marketing, communications, community, events, and others.
• Ability to present comfortably and confidently to senior executives and external influencers.
• Experience with brand and communications metrics, and how they influence overall corporate metrics.
• Creative thinker.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
• Be able to synthesize content, marketing, and community through the lens of brand.
• Have a keen eye for detail, tone, and style.
