What are the requirements?• Years of experience: · 7+ years experience in process/performance improvement · 7+ years experience in project management · 7+ years experience in operations management• Education: · BA or BS degree · Master’s degree (preferred)• Physical requirements:What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position? · Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the project and serves as project manager between, business operations management and internal / external resource teams · Creates project plans, task lists, detailed work plans in order to drive a department initiative from start-up to completion that will involve, operations, IT and other organizational units within Change Healthcare · Takes projects from original concept through final implementation and manages existing projects · Manages the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on all matters, provides status reports · Provides a single point of contact for projects and defines project scope and objectives · Conducts regular and proactive project meetings and is responsible to drive deliverables of the project · Develop and assist in deliverable schedules · Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports · Publish status for all projects in progress · Provides project report outs to management and senior leaders · Frequently interacts with internal /external customers and/or functional peer group managers · Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet quality, processing, and satisfaction/KPI goals · Understands, develops and drives benefit realization while working with the Sponsor and Executive team · Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions · Interfaces with all areas affected by the project which includes our customers, vendors, billing operations directors and senior level executives · Provides project management guidance to the project team · Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules · Establishes metrics of existing operations and develops with management targets after the project is completed for success measurement · Other duties as assigned · Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? · Experience with Medical Devices and/or Healthcare · Experience with Imaging (e.g. Radiology, Cardiology) · Strong personal computer literacy required including working knowledge of relevant software packages such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word) including Visio or other workflow diagram solutions · Ability to think analytically and work with large amounts of data, including checks for integrity, summation, and effective communication (written and verbal) to internal and external constituents.
