Cyber Security Sales Representative – Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Representative to join our team in Omaha, NE, Chicago, IL and Austin, TX.

About the role:

We offer a full portfolio of cloud Cybersecurity services including CyberSecurity Consulting Services, Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and a patentedCloud CyberSecurity Posture Management (CSPM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of selling in the technical or cybersecurity services space, including creating and closing opportunities with B2B decision makers, defining ongoing account strategies to expand reach within clients and closely developing and working with channel partners to achieve sales.

This position is remote. Domestic U.S. travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Business development and lead generation

• Manage inbound sales leads

• Work with channel partners to develop and pursue sales opportunities

• Demonstrate technical products and tools

• Explain and customize solutions

• Develop proposal scope and pricing

• Generate sales contracts and documentation

• Establish and maintain customer relationships and develop account strategies to profitably expand within accounts and channels

• Develop and implement marketing plans to develop prospects d

• Prepare general use and specific sales materials (e.g. sales collateral, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)

• Develop and maintain a sales forecast and report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to help analyze market conditions for sales growth

• Update client information in the company CRM database and generate weekly sales reports

• Stay current on existing and emerging information technology and cybersecurity products, technologies, services, and industry trends

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of top performance in outside sales or business development with an IT services or outsourcing company – cybersecurity experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Assurance or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of existing and emerging cybersecurity products, technologies, services and industry trends

• Ability to sell cybersecurity service solutions and grow ARR – collaborate with clients, teammates and vendors, including involving others in decisions, building trust, encouraging participation of key stakeholders, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills and developing ideas and solutions

• Able to work well under pressure and follow through on requests from clients and teammates with a sense of urgency, while communicating in a friendly, responsive and business-like manner

• Must maintain the strictest confidentiality with all client and company matters
