This is a part-time position and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Part-Time Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish) Summary: The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for driving demand generation by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold-calling and initiating and establishing new customer relationships and increasing Aarons awareness.

Requires multi-tasking abilities by taking sales calls and customer service-related calls, the ability to analyze problems that arise online collecting necessary information to assist customers, and strong knowledge of the applications and tools used to assist customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new customers and move them through the sales pipeline from application to closing.

Initiate outgoing warm or cold calling to potential customers and follow-up on customer requests for information Follow up on leads generated through Aarons eCommerce or guerilla marketing campaigns Build and sustain long lasting relationships with new and existing customers by communicating frequently with follow-up mindful of customer retention Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always Collaborate with leadership to develop a routine sales strategy and to improve marketing materials that help brand presence in assigned territory Takes complaint calls, documents issues that arise at stores, and emails them to upper management Understand product knowledge and pricing structure for all Aarons brands Meet and exceed sales revenue goals Part-time, must work 22 Hrs.

minimum per week achieving 15 calls per hour Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required At least 1-2 years Sales and Customer Service experience Previous experience in outbound call center or related sales position preferred Required Skills and Competencies: Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal Strong attention to detail and execution Positive and professional ability to problem solve Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent phone and cold-calling skills Excellent work ethic Highly motivated, with ability to handle a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and execution Salesmanship and negotiation skills Aaron’s is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, celebrates our team members’ differences, and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
