Daily Responsibilities of a Remote Member Outreach Representative:
- Responsible for making outbound calls and enrolling members into care management
- 95% of shift will be spent making outbound calls to members that may have health needs to make a referral to the team of Registered Nurses.
Requirements of a Remote Member Outreach Representative:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual preferred
- 1-2+ years of healthcare call center experience working with members (either inbound or outbound)
- Computer skills – able to work multiple systems, computer savvy, Excel, experience with 2+ monitors
- WFH capability – smart phone, private workspace, high speed internet
- Must be vaccinated for COVID
Hours for this Position of a Remote Member Outreach Representative:
- M-F 8a-5p or 9a-6p Central time
