The Media business at our market research firm is quickly growing and we are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and organized individual to join our Media Operations team as the Program Manager.

The primary focus of this position is to manage and oversee the execution of sold sponsorship programs, from conception to fulfillment
– ranging from scoping multiple campaigns simultaneously to ensuring all materials are delivered in a timely manner.

The Program Manager is critical to client success which will yield repeat business.

Passionate about cross team collaboration, having demonstrated success in working with internal and external stakeholders, including a highly collaborative style with ability to influence multiple internal teams to drive towards completion of tasks
Own the process and content for end-to-end client deliverables from kick off call to campaign reporting in order to develop best in class output for clients
Lead advertising and sponsorship programs by managing key metrics to achieve and exceed client expectations, while ensuring materials and resources flow through the project process in a timely manner
Help drive strategic client relationships and partner with individual sellers and sales management to drive strategic growth
Communicate with internal teams about inventory availability and report on key performance trends as needed
Create and manage multiple project plans simultaneously; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.

Drive programs and projects with clients and internally across teams
Improve the overall advertiser experience
Strong knowledge of the B2B Media/Digital Advertising business and landscape
Proven track record of managing projects/ programs and working directly with clients
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, is deadline-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under time pressure in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
Proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions, including a highly collaborative style with ability to influence multiple internal teams to drive towards completion of tasks
